Youngsters continue preparations with friendly outings

Our Under-21s and Under-18s have been in pre-season friendly action in the last 36 hours as they continue to build up to the new campaign.
This afternoon (Saturday, July 23) saw the Under-21s battle back from a goal down to draw 1-1 with Yeovil Town in a behind-closed-doors training game at Hotspur Way.
The League Two side took the lead on 40 minutes but we found an equaliser seven minutes from time as Shilow Tracey drove in from the right side and fed Ryan Loft, who fired home with his right foot.
On Friday, the Under-18s, who last week returned from a training camp in Belgium, beat Queens Park Rangers 3-0 in another Training Centre run-out which saw numerous young players collect match minutes thanks to multiple substitutions.
Reo Griffiths got the ball rolling when he drilled low past the goalkeeper from just inside the box on 16 minutes, with Keanan Bennetts heading home to double our lead three minutes after half-time following a cross from Tariq Hinds.
The third goal arrived 20 minutes into the second half as defender Jon Dinzeyi played the ball upfield for Bennetts, whose low effort from the left angle was repelled, leaving Aramide Oteh a straightforward close-range finish.
