Tottenham HotspurYounes Kaboul expects Southampton to be hungry for revenge this weekend.
We host the Saints on Sunday afternoon, almost three months to the day since we inflicted a 3-2 defeat on Mauricio Pochettino’s men in the reverse fixture at St Mary’s.
And although Younes didn’t feature that day, our French international defender is acutely aware of the capabilities our visitors possess.
“Southampton are a very good team,” he told our matchday programme. “They’ve got a very good system in the way they play their football and they’ve got some good players too.
“We won 3-2 there a few months ago so I’m sure they’re going to come here looking to get a result.
“I don’t think they were too happy about the loss when we won there so we have to be ready and to play even better football than we did against Arsenal.”
