'You'll see a better Nacer Chadli next season'

Nacer Chadli believes he’ll have even more to offer the team in 2015-16.
The Belgian international attacking midfielder chipped in with 13 goals in all competitions last term, including an impressive 11 in the Premier League.
Having featured for his country at the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil, the 25-year-old started 2014-15 in fine form with a brace against Queens Park Rangers and further strikes in draws at Sunderland and Arsenal.
And having also finished the campaign among the goals, finding the net against Newcastle, Southampton and Hull, Nacer says there’s more to come when the new term gets underway.
“I had some good games last year and it was a positive season for me, but I can still improve a lot and I know that,” he said.
“I try to work every day on that and next season, I think you’ll see a better Nacer Chadli.
“I can improve in many ways. I think I can score more goals, make more assists and play better games than I did last season, even though it was a big improvement for me.
“I know what I can do and I want to show it.”
One of Nacer’s most memorable goals of the last campaign was his strike in the 5-3 win over Chelsea on New Year’s Day.
Understandably, the former FC Twente man is keen to help the team replicate that level of performance on a consistent basis in 2015-16.
“When everyone is playing at that level we can beat anyone,” he added. “If we can score five goals against that Chelsea side, we can score five goals against any team.”
