Xtra - all-time PL Spurs team - strikers vote

It's the final vote for our all-time Premier League Spurs team - and arguably the toughest!

To complete our 4-4-2 team, we need two strikers.

That means you have to choose between the likes of Teddy Sheringham, Jurgen Klinsmann, Robbie Keane, Jermain Defoe and Rafa van der Vaart.

The poll is now live on Facebook - CLICK HERE to vote - and the top two in the voting will go into the team.

Here are the candidates...

Teddy Sheringham - 1992-2003 - Enjoyed two spells at the club, bagging 97 goals in 236 appearances in the Premier League and 124 in all competitions - eighth overall in the club's all-time goalscoring list. So clever around the box, formed great striking partnerships with Jurgen Klinsmann in 1994-95 and Alan Shearer on England duty.

Jurgen Klinsmann - 1994-95/1997-98 - Few players have made such an impression in such a short space of time, loved by all at Spurs after his exploits in 1994-95, when he scored 20 goals in 41 PL games and was named Football Writers Player of the Year. Returned with the team in trouble in 1997-98 and scored four goals in a key win at Wimbledon to stave off any lingering threat of relegation. World Cup and European champion with Germany.

Les Ferdinand - 1997-2002 - Injury hampered his time at Spurs, but one of the best strikers of the Premier League era. League Cup winner in 1999, scored 33 goals in 97 starts for us in the Premier League.

Robbie Keane - 2002-2011 - Ninth in our all-time goalscoring list, Robbie scored 122 goals in 306 appearances over two spells, 91 for us in the Premier League. Quick-thinking, so skilful in and around the box, enjoyed a fantastic understanding with Dimitar Berbatov. League Cup winner in 2008 and the Republic of Ireland's all-time record scorer.

Jermain Defoe - 2004-present - Grabbed 10th place on his own in our all-time goalscoring list last season, his 17 goals took him to 118 in total in his two spells with us. So sharp around the box and lethal from 20 yards, has represented England in World Cup 2010 and Euro 2012, capped 48 times now.

Dimitar Berbatov - 2006-2008 - Struck up a great partnership with Robbie Keane and capable of moments of brilliance, scored 27 goals in 63 starts in the Premier League. Part of the team that won the League Cup in 2008, and scored a nerveless penalty to equalise against Chelsea at Wembley.

Roman Pavlyuchenko - 2008-2011 - Never really nailed down a regular starting place, but no denying the Russian's eye for goal, he scored 21 goals in 45 starts in the Premier League and really excelled in cup football, bagging another 21 goals in 35 appearances.

Peter Crouch - 2009-2011 - Tall target man, but great on the ball, 'Crouchy' scored two of the club's most famous goals - the winner at City to take us into the Champions League in 2010 and then the winner at AC Milan in the Champions League. Scored 12 goals in 73 Premier League appearances and 24 in total, including seven in our 2010-11 Champions League campaign.

Rafa van der Vaart - 2009-present - Fans favourite and Dutch legend with 99 caps, Rafa has a handy habit of scoring goals against Arsenal - netting in three of his four Premier League derbies so far. Great touch and vision in attacking areas, he's scored 24 goals in 64 Premier League appearances for us.

Emmanuel Adebayor - 2011-2012 - Tall, rangy front man who led the line in a successful loan spell with us last season, top-scorer with 17 goals in 33 appearances and claimed another 12 assists.

Central midfield vote

No surprises that Luka Modric and Scott Parker, who partnered each other so successfully in 2011-12, won the vote to take the central midfield slots in our all-time Premier League team.

Have your say!

We've been putting together a team in a 4-4-2 system over the last fortnight by using the poll facility on our official fan page on Facebook - CLICK HERE - to vote.

This is the final vote - the final two pieces of the jigsaw!
