Wish List 10

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Lee Cooper: Le Saux, Carrick, Richards, are sort of players we should be looking for to strengthen our squad, the players we should get rid of are Tarrico and Thatcher, they are not good enough in the prem. Glenn should also give Kamanan a chance - a very good young striker who had a good pre-season for Spurs. It’s one French player that our rivals don’t have.

Stephen Mullan: Jesper Blomqvist (On a Free), Duane D'Arby (From Rushden), Paolo Maldini (Experience at the back).

Jarad Inkster: We should go for Guardiola, he's a free transfer and a great midfielder. We also need another defender.

John Chapman: Expunge the memory of the "Gooner in the Raincoat" by bringing back Ginola. And play Rebrov like a striker: we need a good old-fashioned "goal-hanger". It may not be pretty but, if we can sneak a few goals that way, we'll then be able to afford to play the more attractive passing game that the supporters so desperately want.

Jon Howick: Ginola is having problems at Villa - RESIGN HIM! And we need one more forward (Andy Cole?,R obbie Fowler? Or how about the best striker Andrei Shevencko!) Go Get'em Glenn!

Alastair Donachie: We need a quality centre back, a holding midfielder who is also creative and a 20-30 goal striker who consistently performs. We should sign Dean Richards, Josep Guardiola and Kevin Phillips.

Chris Kirby: We need at least 3 players at the moment, a leader at the back, Dean Richards looks the best bet for that area currently. A classy midfielder, having Freund or Clemence in a Premier League team just isn’t good enough. We also need someone who can finish, Rebrov, though an exceptional player, hasn't settled properly yet, and with Iversen not in great form someone like Robbie Fowler, who has natural goalscoring talent is a must. It’s a shame that we seemed to have missed out on Pep Guardiola, a proven performer who was also on a free transfer.

Nathan Cooper: Dean Richards should be with us at the Lane! As a replacement for sol - DONT GIVE UP ON HIM!

Vincent Demarest: Alin Stoica (Anderlecht, attacking midfielder), he's very creative and can unlock defences and he's not happy anymore in Brussels. Tom Soetaers (Roda JC, leftwing), he's a young player, can pass his man and has a big future. Emile Mpenza (Schalke 04, striker), 1 of the best strikers in Germany, he's very strong and fast! Dean Richards, great defender and he's a friend of Glenn!

Michael McGann: I think we need a quality midfield player with some experience to help along the young players. The name Guardiola springs to mind as an ideal player. I think we also need a quality strong and experienced central defender. I’m not sure if Dean Richards is the correct player but perhaps we could make another attempt to sign Jose Chamot on a free transfer. Another quality addition would be Fowler who does not seem happy at Liverpool anymore.

Stephen Foreman: Davies on the fringes & waiting in the wings for his chance. A central midfielder first & foremost which I see Barry Ferguson as an ideal target; young, creative, tough tackling and British! I still feel we need a 20 - 30 goals a season player, with Fowler's future uncertain and money in the bank we should push the boat out and test Liverpools resolve!!! Phillips is another player that I rate and would be classed in the bracket as a 20-30 goals a season man, either player would be a great signing and a welcome edition to the future. Lastly a central defender with experience and physical presence to guide and mature the talents of king and Doherty like - although a long shot Cannavaro or Nesta!!! (I can dream). Dean Richards, maybe not an

International or a household name, but a strong gritty player with the talent to bring the ball out from the back.

Steven Gibbs: Shevchenko, Vieri, Ginola, Davids, Rivaldo, Beckham, Roberto Carlos, Stam, Carr - sorry about having only two English players.

Paulo Costa: We chase Dean Richards, United get Blanc, we should be chasing for players like Leonardo, Guardiola, Denilson. Proper world class players, not possible internationals.

Matthew Bell: Effenberg, Guardiola, Schevchenko and a top centre half. Apparently there is money available, if so stop trying to do things on the cheap and use it!

Robert Bullmore: We need a goal scorer, someone like Dwight Yorke or even Clinton Morrison of Palace. And we also should go in for Guardiola or Joe Cole. What ever the cost we should be competing in Europe every year, look at what Fulham are doing, and they've only been in the Premiership for five minutes. Come on Glenn bring back the good old glory days.

Stuart Burrows: Hofland (pictured above left with Fowler), Van Bommel, Vogel, Kezman (all PSV Eindhoven). All young International players with Champions League experience. Davids would be another asset, someone with passion & drive in midfield where we look extremely weak (apart from Poyet), Freund should be sent away asap! We need to follow the examples set by other clubs & go to Brazil & Argentina to find young stars before they become too expensive. Look at PSV, they bought Ronaldo & Romario, and have just unveiled another couple of youngsters from Brazil.

Richard Tweed: Buy Guardiola as he's just left Barcelona because we need him to play alongside Bunjecevic. If Anderton can stay fit he will have a good season. Play Rebrov like United play Van Nistelrooy get him to be a goal poacher. We need a strong midfield player who will play good balls through to the strikers.
