Mousa Dembele remains sidelined for tomorrow's derby at West Ham.
The midfielder is still struggling with an ankle injury and has only started once since March 2.
"There is no progress with Mousa, he’s still struggling with that ankle, it’s plagued him this season," said Tim.
Etienne Capoue and Jan Vertonghen made successful returns from injury for our Under-21s on Sunday.
Tim added: "They were okay after that game and have trained this week. They will continue to train and be assessed but this game might come too soon for them."
Meanwhile, Andros Townsend has joined longer-term absentees Kyle Walker (pelvis) and Erik Lamela (back) on the sidelines after damaging his ankle at Stoke on Saturday.
"Kyle is working on his strength in the gym," reported Tim. "When you miss that much training with an injury like that around the pelvic area you need to build it up again and he’s missed so much now, we’re just hoping he could possibly still make the World Cup."
