Wenger on the 'exceptional job' being done by Mauricio

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger had words of praise for Mauricio Pochettino and our new right-back Serge Aurier ahead of Saturday's north London derby.
We face the Gunners for the first time this season at the Emirates in a 12.30pm kick-off.
In his pre-match press conference, manager Mauricio spoke of his respect for Gunners boss Wenger – and the Frenchman has reciprocated when addressing the media himself.
Asked by journalists whether he sees some of his own managerial qualities in Mauricio, Wenger replied: "I don’t know, I don’t want to judge people. I think he’s done an exceptional job and he’s a good manager. After that, in our job, it’s the distances and the quality that make the difference. He has all the ingredients to go a long way but overall it’s very difficult to know and to predict what will happen in his career."
Furthermore, Wenger had this to say on Serge, who is preparing for his first taste of the derby after arriving from Paris Saint-Germain over the summer: "He’s a good player who has good power to go forward and is always dangerous. He played against us with PSG and overall I think he is a top-class right-back."
Wenger was also quizzed on the evolution of the derby and whether the so-called 'balance of power' in north London is changing.
"It is a question you have to answer and the only way to answer it is on the pitch," he replied. "The conclusion of people will be the comparison of the two performances on Saturday. We have a good opportunity to show we are the strongest, so let's do it."
