We'll pick ourselves up - Daws
Michael Dawson insists the players are determined to get back to winning ways against Swansea on Sunday.
The central defender was sidelined with a hamstring injury as our run of three-successive wins in the Premier League came to an end in such disappointing circumstances at Everton last weekend.
Everton scored twice in injury time to turn the game around after we'd led 1-0 to move ahead of us into fourth on goal difference.
We remain fifth and take on a Swansea team that came to an end of a fine run of results themselves last week as Norwich picked up a 4-3 win at the Liberty Stadium. That ended a sequence of six unbeaten, including a 2-0 win at Arsenal.
“It’s always tough against Swansea, but we have to pick ourselves up after the Everton defeat,” said Michael.
“We’d been on a brilliant run with brilliant performances and that was a little setback.
“But we will pick ourselves up and try to get back to winning ways back at White Hart Lane. We’re confident we can beat anyone at home.”
