The Club's exclusive Spurs World Cup t-shirt in partnership with SOS Children, our global charity partner, is still available.

The Club's exclusive Spurs World Cup t-shirt in partnership with SOS Children, our global charity partner, is still available.

And what better time to show your colours with the tournament now under way in South Africa!

We have 10 players in football's showpiece event including five with England as Ledley King, Michael Dawson, Aaron Lennon, Peter Crouch and Jermain Defoe all fly the flag.

But don't forget we've also Sebastien Bassong and Benoit Assou-Ekotto with Cameroon, Wilson Palacios is a key player for Honduras, Heurelho Gomes with Brazil and Giovani with Mexico.

The 'Spurs in South Africa' themed World Cup t-shirt is only available in Tottenham Hotspur stores and via Spurs online shop - click here, with all profits from sales going towards the Club's work with SOS Children.

The Club has had a long-term relationship with SOS Children in South Africa having built an orphan house in Rustenburg, where England will be based during the World Cup.

The 'Spurs House', which is uniquely funded by monies received from players' fines, now provides orphaned children with a family and mother.

In February this year the entire first team and management signed up to sponsor an SOS orphan for World Orphan Week.

Jermain - pictured above with one of the shirts - sponsored a three-year-old orphan in Rustenburg and admitted he couldn't imagine life without a family.

"I just can't imagine growing up without my mum and my grandparents," he said. "I honestly don't know how I would have coped. They gave me so much love, help and so many opportunities and always told me to appreciate how lucky I was. And I have certainly been lucky in life.

"I always wanted to be a footballer and here I am living the dream.

"I have been blessed and have a great life but I also think it is important to give something back and to realise that, for many people, it is hard out there, especially for these children in South Africa who are struggling and suffering. It is so difficult for them and so easy for us to forget about them. There are people really struggling and we should all do what we can to help."

SOS Children has been the Club's global charity partner since 2007. Over 78,000 orphaned and abandoned children are cared for by SOS mothers in clusters of family homes in more than 500 Children's Villages in 124 countries worldwide.

Each t-shirt will cost £10 and can be ordered online - all profits will be donated to SOS Children.
