U20s special - Pritchard's pride

Alex Pritchard spoke of his pride after making his first international appearance in the Under-20s World Cup.
The tricky forward entered the action on 62 minutes with England trailing 1-0 against Chile in Antalya, Turkey.
Two minutes later, Harry Kane levelled the scores and the Spurs team-mates were then key players in England’s late push for a winner.
Indeed, Alex had a point-blank header superbly saved by Dario Melo and the final chance arrived in added time, when Harry crossed low for Alex sliding in at the far post, but his effort was blocked.
Alex looked typically sparky in his half-hour stint and is now hopeful of playing a part in England’s final group match against Egypt on Saturday.
“It was my first call up and a proud moment to get out there and represent England,” he told us from Turkey.
“I didn’t play in the first game so to get on with us 1-0 down, for us to score so quickly and create chances after that was great.
“I had the chance with the header that maybe I should have scored but I was pleased to make an impact and I’ve got to keep going now and hopefully get on the pitch again.”
