Tour 2016 - Victor feels the love from fans in Oz!

Victor Wanyama was touched by his welcome as he met fans for the first time at our open training session in Melbourne on Monday.
It was a chilly night on Australia's south coast but that didn't put off supporters, who were out in force at the AAMI Stadium, home of a host of teams in the city including Melbourne Storm (NRL), Melbourne Rebels (Super Rugby) and A League sides Melbourne City and Melbourne Victory.
Aussie Rules star and Spurs fan Sam Mitchell was at the stadium to greet the players and was presented with a special shirt to mark his recent 300th appearance for AFL champions Hawthorn Hawks, who are chasing a fourth-successive title.

OzSpurs were well represented - indeed, president Mark Lawson has been joined by three chairmen from official supporters’ clubs - Thomas Lau (Singapore Spurs), Mike Geraghty (Spurs Hong Kong) and Paul Ruscoe (Spurs New Zealand).
Following a light session ahead of our ICC opener against Juventus at the nearby MCG on Tuesday (8pm local time, 11am UK), the players met with fans and signed autographs around the perimeter of the pitch.
"It was great to meet our fans and they showed us a lot of love," said Victor. "They all welcomed me and said really nice things. Their support means a lot and hopefully we'll do well for them against Juventus.
"We know it will be tough against Juventus but we've worked hard and hopefully we'll get a positive result."
