Tough task against Trotters - Harry

Harry Redknapp expects another tough test tonight against a Bolton team buoyed by a 'big result' against Blackburn on Saturday.

We meet again in the re-arranged FA Cup quarter-final after the original tie on March 17 was abandoned following Fabrice Muamba’s collapse.

The reward for the winners is a semi-final against Chelsea at Wembley scheduled for Sunday, April 15.

“It will be another tough game,” said Harry. “Bolton were playing really well (in the original tie), had a couple of good chances and could have gone 2-1 up.

“It will be a hard match and we’ll have to play well.

“Bolton had a big result on Saturday. They are one of five teams in the middle of a relegation battle and you wouldn’t like to pick the three who would go down at the moment.

“So they have plenty of big games as well - including this one.”

Harry reported that the lads were ‘fine’ after Saturday’s goalless draw at Chelsea in the Premier League.

“I was very pleased with the performance, we did enough to win and it was an important point for us,” he added.

“I will freshen it up against Bolton, change things around a little, but this is a big game for us. We want to get to Wembley.”
