Dimitar Berbatov's goal at Wigan took us to the century mark for the second-successive season.

Berba netted after seven minutes from Aaron Lennon's cross in the 1-1 draw at the JJB Stadium.

We've now scored 64 goals in the Barclays Premier League on top of 36 goals in cup competitions making a total of 100 with three games remaining.

Berba leads the way with 23 goals - matching his total from last season - while Robbie Keane has 22, also the same mark as last term. The pair are five off becoming the first strike partnership to crack the 50 mark since Teddy Sheringham and Jurgen Klinsmann in 1994-95.

The breakdown for last season was 57 Premier League goals, 20 in the UEFA Cup, 15 in the FA Cup and 12 in the Carling Cup.

Those 104 goals were shared between 16 different players - including Paul Robinson! We scored the 100th at Charlton on May 7, three games from the end of the season.

Before that, we last scored 100 or more goals in a season during 1986-87, netting 109 in 57 matches - 68 in 42 league games, 16 in 6 in the FA Cup, 25 in 9 in the League Cup.

The closest we came to the century mark in Premiership years was 91 goals in 1994-95. Since the start of the 1980's also achieved 100 plus in 1983-84 (102) and 1984-85 (108).
