Tim Sherwood insists consistency is key as we continue to push for a top four place in the Premier League.
The team secured a fifth win in six matches under Tim's leadership at Swansea on Sunday.
Emmanuel Adebayor (2) and a Chico Flores own goal settled it 3-1 in our favour as we made it five away wins on the trot in the Premier League - our best run of away league form since 10 wins on the spin in 1960.
The win also lifted us up to fifth place, level on points with Liverpool. Everton are a point behind in sixth after drawing at West Brom on Monday.
"It’s boring, but we have to take every game as it comes," said Tim. "No-one seems to be dropping points in and around us at the moment. We have to keep our consistency, we’re not dropping points or showing any leeway either. We’re all happy with how it’s going."
There were plenty of positives for Tim to ponder after a convincing win at the Liberty Stadium.
"Ade's doing well. He loves playing at this club and long may it continue. We’re all reaping the rewards at the moment.
"It was a good performance and the fans were magnificent as well."
As for the five straight away wins, our best run in the league since the famous double-winning campaign, Tim added: "It’s a good record. We can’t win the double - unfortunately, we got ourselves knocked out of the FA Cup - but who knows where we can go?"
