Theo back at Highbury

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Theo Foley admits it will be a 'strange feeling' to take a team to Highbury on Tuesday night.

Our reserve team boss was George Graham's assistant manager at Arsenal when our rivals won two championships in 1989 and 1991.

Now he returns to N5 with a team under his wing for the first time for the FA Premier Reserve League encounter.

"It will be nice to go back there and, yes, I suppose it will be a strange one," declared the larger-than-life Irishman. "I'm looking forward to it but the most important thing is the experience these young lads will gain from playing at a place like Highbury.

"It's great for them and that is one of the best things about being in this league. They will be better for it."

Playing with a young side with the knock-on effects of the club's injury problems, Theo has been delighted with the response from what has basically been an Under-21 outfit, plus Ian Walker, in recent weeks.

They travel to Highbury aiming for a fourth-successive win and the 'double' over the Gunners having beaten them at the Lane last week.

"The boys have done very well," added Theo. "I just hope we can keep it going. We've two games left and it would be nice to end on a high."
