Mauricio Pochettino says Jan Vertonghen is 'very positive' as he begins his road back from an ankle injury.

The defender turned his left ankle over against West Brom on Saturday and has damaged lateral ligaments.

Mauricio reported on Thursday. "Jan is ok, he's very positive. We're pushing him a lot. We expect six weeks, less than at first.

"We don't want to set the time limit. When your mind is positive it's easier to recover."
