Defender Mbulelo Mabizela looks set to feature on the bench in Sunday's friendly encounter against PSV Eindhoven.
The South African international captain arrived in the country on Thursday morning and would provide defensive cover in the absence of Dean Richards and Ledley King.
Meanwhile, John Gorman says he's 'hopeful' that Bobby Zamora will shake off his minor knock in time to face PSV at the Lane on Sunday.
The 22-year-old made a huge impact in his first two halves of football in a Spurs shirt with goals against both Oxford and Norwich.
A niggle in his groin kept him sidelined from our South Africa tour games against Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs although he continued to train lightly.
Assistant boss John said: "Bobby Zamora and Ledley King are on their way back and hopefully Bobby will play at the weekend. That would be a boost for us but, of course, we won't be taking any risks."
Kasey Keller looks set to return after returning from another successful CONCACAF Gold Cup campaign with America - he now holds the record for clean sheets for the US.
"Kasey's back in the frame, straight into it, no messing," said John. "Neil Sullivan is struggling a little still with his shoulder and although young Rob Burch has done superbly, Kasey will be back out there."
Dean Richards (Achilles), Christian Ziege (thigh) and Ledley King (ankle) miss out.
All in all it's been good but we've had one
or two injuries and that's a bit concerning.
Dean is improving but will still be a while, hopefully Ledley won't be to long.
