Martin Jol remains hopeful on Jermaine Jenas returning to action at Liverpool on Sunday but Aaron Lennon and Paul Stalteri are doubtful.

JJ has missed our last two games against Aston Villa and Anorthosis Famagusta with an abdominal strain suffered against Middlesbrough.

"JJ didn't train today, but should train tomorrow and we're hopeful," reported Martin after Friday's training session at Spurs Lodge.

"Aaron Lennon is still out with minor swelling on his knee and Paul Stalteri has a problem with his ankle, so he has to be a doubt."

Ricardo Rocha, who underwent ankle surgery earlier in the week and Ledley King, recovering from his knee problem, remain out.
