Younes Kaboul and Darren Bent remain doubtful for Wednesday night's Carling Cup semi-final, first leg at Arsenal.

Defender Younes is still struggling with the ankle injury he picked up at Aston Villa on New Year's Day while striker Darren is battling to overcome a knee injury. Both missed the FA Cup draw against Reading on Saturday.

Tom Huddlestone serves the first of a three-match ban while Didier Zokora is on international duty with the Ivory Coast. Chris Gunter is cup-tied having played in Cardiff’s four ties in the competition earlier in the season.

Anthony Gardner (ankle), Gareth Bale (foot) and Benoit Assou-Ekotto (knee) remain out.
