Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Director of football David Pleat casts his eye over our forthcoming opponents - next up, Fulham.
FULHAM are trying to crack a hoodoo away from home - they can't seem to get a result.
They have a wonderful goalkeeper of course in Van der Sar, Malbranque is very skilful and they have players like Saha, who is very quick - good, attacking players.
It's a big job Chris Coleman has taken there and I hope he does very well. He probably knows he's been a little fortunate to get the job but he hasn't got it because they don't respect the qualities they know he's got from working within the club.
He's a fighter and, funnily enough, I looked at him very closely as a left-back at Luton. We was very quick and I remember speaking to Steve Coppell at length about him.
He has everything in front of him. He needs to put together some results, like every manager, and I'm sure it will be hard for him because he hasn't had a proper apprenticeship. He has some quality players though and I saw his reserve team the other night and they were very good.
There is a pyschology involved when teams play away from home. I call it playing off the back foot. Some teams go away and don't believe in themselves enough. Arsenal would, Manchester United would, Chelsea probably would - they wouldn't sit on a lead. I thought Leeds last week, having had the fortune to go in front, sat on the lead and that helped our cause in terms of getting deep midfield possession where Jamie Redknapp was able to make several constructive longer passes.
If, for example, we take an early lead on Saturday I'm sure we'll see Fulham come out and we'd see a different philosophy. It's interesting.
At the moment we are doing very well in possession of the ball and, for sure, at Liverpool we defended very well. The younger element in the team really did well, not just in Postiga and Zamora up front working hard to stop Liverpool building attacks but the midfield was solid and at the back King, Gardner and Richards were first class.
