Start key - Ryan

Ryan Nelsen feels a bright start is key against a Stevenage team expected to raise their game in front of a packed White Hart Lane in tonight's FA Cup fifth round replay.

The League One high-fliers impressed in the initial game at the Lamex Stadium that ended in a goalless draw on February 19.

The New Zealand skipper made his full debut for us that day and stood up to a tough physical examination alongside Michael Dawson in central defence.

"I think it will be a very difficult game," said Ryan.

"I know we’re at home now and the support at White Hart Lane is fantastic, and the crowd will be right behind us, but that will be a big buzz for them as well.

"It’s a chance for them to play in a big stadium and they will be extremely motivated and right up for it.

"They are big, physical and they’ve already put some good teams out of the FA Cup, including Newcastle last season, and Reading this time around.

"We’ll look to start well and dictate the game from there."

Don't forget that we kick-off at 7.30pm this evening...
