*David's weekend wonder
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
David Galbraith experienced a weekend to remember last week when he not only featured in both first team friendlies - but also managed to get the Spurs travelling support firmly on his side.
Against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday he enjoyed an extended run-out following a first half injury to Christian Ziege. He was again patrolling the left flank on Sunday against Oxford when he was bought on to replace Johnnie Jackson with 21 minutes remaining.
He was then further rewarded for his displays with a starting position against Norwich on Tuesday and the news that he would be travelling to South Africa for the first team tour.
But it was at Adams Park that the supporters really took the diminutive wideman to their hearts - cheering whenever he touched the ball and regularly chanting his name.
David is not entirely certain why he was singled out for the affection of the crowd.
"I'm not sure!" he smiled. "With my first touch I sort of flicked it over someone's head and they reacted to me and got behind me, which was good.
"I was focused on the game, but heard a little bit. I noticed more afterwards, gave them a little wave and they reacted again with a big cheer.
"It was nice, I've never had it before and was not too sure what to do - John Gorman helped me out and put my hand up."
