Mauricio Pochettino's message ahead of tonight's Europa League, Group C clash against Partizan Belgrade is clear.
"We need to be aggressive, to play well and to score goals - that’s our job."
Victory will see us qualify for the knockout stage of the competition ahead of our final group match against Besiktas on December 11.
Partizan arrive at the Lane six points clear at the top of the Serbia SupaLiga but without a win in the group stage of the Europa League.
They have kicked-on domestically since our hard-fought goalless draw on Matchday One in Belgrade in September with seven wins, a draw and one loss in nine matches, including victory over fierce city rivals Crvena Zvezda (Red Star).
"This is an important game, an important three points to try to get into the next round," added Mauricio.
"We know Partizan is a difficult team and there are no easy games in the Europa League.
"We need to be focused, aggressive in our game and try to do the job."
