Spurs v Liverpool - avoid the queues and arrive early!
19 October 2017|Tottenham Hotspur
We strongly advise supporters to arrive as early as possible for every match at Wembley Stadium, connected by EE, but the message is even more pertinent for Sunday's Premier League encounter against Liverpool.
A reminder that kick-off is 4pm.
The match is already a sell out and we're not the only attraction at Wembley on Sunday. Wembley's SSE Arena hosts BBC Radio 1's Teen Awards on Sunday afternoon, meaning the area outside stadium as well as transport will be more busy than usual. That event starts at 12.30pm.
Turnstiles open 90 minutes before our 4pm kick-off against Liverpool, with Premium areas open two-and-a-half hours before kick-off.
We recommend all fans arrive at a Wembley transport hub no later than one hour before kick-off. From arriving at Wembley Park to being through all increased security checks will take in the region of 45 minutes. These increased security procedures have been in place for some time and they will not be reduced or compromised in the event of queues forming before kick-off.
Every supporter entering the stadium will be searched before entry. Searching will not be compromised in the event of queues building, even if the match has started - there will be no exceptions.
Please help the staff at Wembley get you into the stadium as quickly as possible by avoiding bringing any bags and having your coat open ready to be searched, as well as having your tickets or access cards ready to be scanned at the turnstile.
If bringing a bag is unavoidable, please try to use a transparent plastic bag as this will speed up the search. If you need to bring a bag for medical purposes, please inform us in advance at email@example.com and we will liaise with Wembley to ensure ease of entry.
Please be aware that Wembley does not have lockers or luggage storage facilities for fans to store items.
Thanks, as always, for your understanding and look out for more fan information in the build-up to Sunday's match.
