Sergei Rebrov makes a triumphant return to White Hart Lane after producing arguably his finest performance in a Spurs shirt in the club's magnificent 3-2 win at West Ham in the FA Cup quarter-final last Sunday.

Rebrov was deadly in front of goal, scoring two goals with his only shots on target and then delivering a fine right-wing corner for Gary Doherty to head home the decisive third goal.

The former Dynamo Kiev front-man dedicated his cup goals to the fans after he claimed they have shown a great deal of patience towards him, following his arrival in north London for a club record fee over the summer.

Rebrov said of the fans: " I don't think they have seen my best form yet". And Opta's stats support the Ukrainian's statement when you consider that he has only managed a 46% shooting accuracy in the Premiership this term.

It's a poor ratio compared to Coventry's own record signing Craig Bellamy has managed to get two-thirds of his shots on target since his arrival at the club from Norwich for £6.5 million at the start of the season.

Bellamy is looking forward to the crucial trip to White Hart Lane, with the Sky Blues benefiting from a two-week break to freshen up and recharge their batteries. The speedy striker will relish the opportunity to link up with John Hartson in attack and the pair are fully capable of making it an uncomfortable afternoon for the Spurs defence. So much so, that online bookies offer 4/1 on Coventry winning their first match since Boxing Day.

Welsh international Bellamy was rumoured to be on the brink of joining Spurs before Gordon Strachan swooped and the 21-year-old will be eager to show just what talent George Graham and his backroom staff missed out on. And his 112 dribbles and runs attempted is the seventh-highest tally by a British player in the Premiership this term.

Nevertheless Rebrov has been the more prolific boasting a 17% goals-to-shots ratio, three percentage points higher than the Coventry man. And the Spurs star will fancy his chances of scoring on Saturday after he netted against the Sky Blues in Spurs' 2-1 defeat at Highfield Road in October.

Both players have a disappointing tendency to get caught offside, with Rebrov caught out 20 times and Bellamy caught out on 34 occasions. But then again both Sergei Rebrov and Craig Bellamy are potential match-winners and Saturday's contest could see them enhance their growing reputation in a game that Coventry desperately need some points in their bid to avoid the dreaded drop.
