Spurs 2-1 Schalke - Man of the Match result

Lewis Holtby has been voted Man of the Match by fans after Saturday's friendly win against his former club Schalke.

The midfielder provided the assist for Emmanuel Adebayor's first goal and was denied point-blank by Schalke goalkeeper Ralf Fahrmann as we ran out 2-1 winners at the Lane. Roberto Soldado added the second after the break.

Lewis got the nod as 4,000 fans voted on Twitter, Facebook and our Match Centre on tottenhamhotspur.com ahead of debutant Eric Dier and Ade.
