Andros Townsend’s penalty was all that separated the sides in a tight Capital One Cup semi-final first leg against Sheffield United on Wednesday night.

The England international fired home from 12 yards after Jay McEveley was penalised for handball 16 minutes from time at White Hart Lane.

It means we take a 1-0 lead up to Bramall Lane for the second leg next week.
