Paulinho described his first home goal as a 'great moment'.
The Brazilian midfielder was in seventh heaven after grabbing his seventh goal of the campaign in our 3-1 win against Fulham on Saturday.
It was his first at the Lane after goals at Dinamo Tblisi, Cardiff, Villa, Sunderland, Hull and Newcastle this term.
He’s satisfied with that haul in his first season in England after scoring 25 goals in 114 appearance for Corinthians before joining us last July.
“It’s my first season in the Premier League, I've played a lot of games and yes, I’m happy with seven goals,” he said.
“Everyone knows the first season (in the Premier League) is difficult. It’s a change of football after playing in Brazil, a change of lifestyle and I’m delighted to score seven goals.
“The most important thing was that we took three points against Fulham. Now we prepare for a tough game against Stoke.”
