1.2 Holders must at all times do everything within their power and control to protect and enhance the good name of the Club.

1.3 The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions within reason at any time without prior notice.

1.4 Renewal notices will be sent through the post to all Holders at the close of the Season. If payment is not received by the notified date all seat(s) will be re-allocated without further notice to the Holder.

1.5 The dates of all matches being played at the Stadium are subject to revision and change due to television coverage and other circumstances and in this regard Holders are advised to contact the Club’s Communication Channels.

2. Season Tickets
2.1 The Season Tickets remain the property of the Club at all times.

2.2 Holders should check prior to the commencement of the Season that the Season Ticket contains all the appropriate numbered and lettered vouchers. Missing vouchers cannot be replaced after that date.

2.3 Season Tickets are non-transferable and are only valid when used by the Holder. Under no circumstances whatsoever is the Holder permitted to sell any tickets to a third party.

2.4 It is the Holder’s responsibility to tear out the correct voucher in the presence of the turnstile operator, failing which admission to the Stadium may be refused. The match voucher specified by the Club may not run concurrently and therefore Holders must not remove unused vouchers from their booklet as these may be required for a match at a later date.

2.5 If Holders arrive at the Stadium without their Season Ticket or do not have the correct voucher in their booklet they may be able to obtain a duplicate match ticket from the Ticket Office at a non-refundable cost of £50.00 (of which £40.00 may be refunded by the Club on submission to the Ticket Office of the original correct voucher) and provided that they have with them proof of identity at that time. The Club reserves the right to withdraw this facility at any time without prior notice.

2.6 If the Season Ticket is lost or stolen, then written confirmation should be supplied to the Ticket Office together with a police report number. A non-refundable administration fee of £50.00 will be required to be paid before a new Season Ticket is issued. However, permanent replacement Season Tickets will not be issued on a matchday.

2.9 If Holders are arrested for any offence in the Stadium or in connection with any football match anywhere in the World or if they are ejected from the Stadium for any reason they must immediately surrender their Season Ticket on demand to a Club official or police officer.

2.10 The Club reserves the right to suspend or withdraw Season Ticket benefits without compensation or reimbursement if Holders are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.

3. Cup—Ties
3.1 Holders are entitled to admission for the first two (2) home Cup-Ties played by the Club at the Stadium in either the FA Cup, Football League Cup or UEFA Cup (if applicable).

3.2 Holders are entitled to priority to obtain tickets for further and additional home Cup-Ties played at the Stadium provided their applications are received by the Club by the closing date specified through the Club’s Communication Channels. The Club reserves the right to put on general sale any seats that are unclaimed by Holders after the closing date specified.
