The season ticket renewal process for our season away at Wembley has begun, with supporters renewing their tickets at extraordinary speed.
As this process is very different from previous renewal windows, we understand that some supporters will have enquiries and concerns as to how the process will work. We have put together a detailed Frequently Asked Question section of iSpurs which can be viewed here and is regularly updated to reflect other questions that may arise.
Throughout the relocation procedure, our guiding aim is to ensure that like-minded groups are placed together to foster the best possible atmosphere and that groups that currently sit together at White Hart Lane will remain together at Wembley. Inevitably, as there is no direct “like for like” comparison between two very different stadiums, there may be a small number of occasions where this has not been possible during the original relocation. Hence the two-phase process.
Those supporters who may wish to relocate from their pre-allocated seat at Wembley should wait until Phase Two of the renewal process on May 25, where they will be able to select alternative seats from those available and arrange to sit with friends or family members. Phase Two is ONLY open to those existing season ticket holders wishing to review their seating arrangements.
Supporters who have contacted the Ticket Office and our Supporter Services team will receive a response to their personal enquiries as soon as possible.
Information for One Hotspur Bronze members on the season ticket waiting list will be available following the conclusion of Phase Two of the renewal process.
