Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Sean Davis played for an hour on his return from injury in a training ground friendly against Wycombe Wanderers this afternoon.
The midfielder reported no problems and is now targeting our reserves' clash against league leaders Charlton at The Valley on Monday night.
After a promising start to his Spurs career, Sean has been sidelined since undergoing knee surgery at the start of November.
He reported: "My knee hasn't reacted although tomorrow is most important on that front and if that's okay, touch wood, I'll look to play against Charlton on Monday.
"It was a tough game, they were a young team and keen to do well but for me, just to be out there again and running about was all that mattered."
Development coach Clive Allen added: "It was a much-needed exercise for Sean and I'm sure a lot of his frustrations were relieved by getting back out there.
"He's now on the comeback trail and it was pleasing to see him playing again. I think he enjoyed it. We'll now see how he reacts and if that's positive, he'll move forward again."
Clive was pleased with the overall test in a goalless draw. "John Gorman brought a young side who were very enthusiastic, made it difficult and it was the right exercise for us because whatever you do in training in terms of game situations it isn't like playing opposition from outside.
"It was ideal for us in a week where we haven't got a competitive reserve game to build up to the big game on Monday against Charlton."
