Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Paul Robinson is confident of making a return to action ahead of the new season.
The England international suffered knee ligament damage in a collision during the win over Aston Villa on May 1 and, after making an early return to the training ground, is now stepping up his rehabilitation which will continue during the Peace Cup trip to South Korea next week.
"I'm doing my gym sessions and started my rehab in the swimming pool about three weeks ago. Now I am progressing to the bike and doing my work in the gym so it is coming along.
"I was able to remove the brace about three weeks after I put it on so it was not too bad. I got out to Portugal and it was nice to do my rehab in the sunshine.
"I think I will be back in training about two weeks before the start of the season. It is about six weeks until the season starts and this is an injury I've got to be careful with. There is no point in rushing it when we have got time on our side.
"I am not going to play any games in South Korea, but I will be going out there to do my training and will be part of the squad."
One memory that would have kept Paul's spirits up during the close season was the amazing reception he received from the fans before and after the final game of the season against Blackburn Rovers.
"It was unbelievable, the Spurs fans were absolutely fantastic to me right through the season. The last day was incredible and I couldn't have expected any thing like that," he added, before explaining why it was not a difficult decision to sign a new long-term contract to remain at the club.
"I've really enjoyed it here. I've improved as a player and settled really well. I'd been at Leeds since the age of 14 and it was a big move for me - I've adapted really well I think.
"It is a great club to be at. With the fanbase the club has got we can only go from strength to strength."
