Robbie: Same again please
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Robbie Keane is calling for a repeat of what he described as the most 'electrifying atmosphere' he has experienced when Arsenal return to the Lane for the Derby on Saturday.
Their last visit at the back end of April saw the team claw back a two-goal deficit, the leveller coming through Robbie's dramatic last-minute penalty. The afternoon was just as memorable for the sizzling atmosphere in the stadium before, during and after a game the striker declared was one of the most memorable of his career.
"On a professional level for me, for the fans and everyone associated with the club, the end of that game will be up there due to the importance of the game - even though they won the league that day.
"The performance from the lads was excellent and to score the equaliser in the last minute with a penalty was very special.
"I was asked recently what the most electrifying atmosphere I have known in a stadium was and the Arsenal one came straight into my head.
"It was electric and the crowd was absolutely fantastic. When you are out there it really helps when the crowd are cheering and singing and it does become a 12 man. Last year we definitely had that and we hope Saturday will be the same."
Meanwhile, Robbie offered his seal of approval for the appointment of Martin Jol as Head Coach.
"He is good to work with, he is a straightforward guy who is honest and will tell you how he feels. For a player that is good, you want to hear things and will want to know if you are left out or whatever - he will come and speak to you.
"He is someone who is respected by all the lads, not only now he's the manager but from when he first came. His training sessions have been good and he always goes out of his way to speak to you."
