Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Noe Pamarot is finally reaping the rewards of his long summer as he steps up his rehabilitation from a serious knee injury.
The defender suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his right knee after falling awkwardly in the Premiership match against Birmingham City at St Andrews in April.
It was a massive blow to the popular Frenchman after he’d fought his way back into the side following the emergence of Stephen Kelly — impressing as a deputy centre-back along the way with a goalscoring display in the FA Cup replay win at Forest.
But the injury ended his season and left him contemplating a summer of hard work with the target a return by the end of the year.
He’s started to jog already and appears to be making good progress.
“It’s been tough because I haven’t had any holiday and I’ve just concentrated on my rehabilitation,” said the ever-smiling Noe at Spurs Lodge.
“I’m back in training and happy to be out there again. The hardest thing is when you see the team doing so well and you aren't part of it.
“You just want to be in the dressing room with them. That’s hard.
“I just want to be fit. I’ve been running and I will now wait to see the surgeon again before my next step.”
