Aaron Lennon and Jermain Defoe played a part in all three goals as England beat Andorra 3-0 in Euro 2008 qualifying on Wednesday night.

Having started on the left against Israel, Aaron was employed down the right in the clash at Barcelona's Olympic Stadium with Paul Robinson a spectator for most of the 90 minutes and Jermain coming off the bench for Wayne Rooney in the 61st minute.

England laboured in the first half and it took until the 54th minute to open the scoring when Aaron's deep cross was headed back by Ashley Cole and Wayne Rooney flicked on for Steven Gerrard to volley home.

Aaron started the move for the second goal in the 76th minute when he cut in from the right and squared for Gerrard who played one-twos with Stewart Downing and then Jermain before slotting home.

Jermain looked set for his fourth England goal in added time when he latched onto Gerrard's pass and hit a low shot that was half-blocked by keeper Koldo and dribbled agonisingly to the goal-line, allowing his fellow substitute David Nugent to poach it off him!
