ONLINE FACILITY FOR AWAY TICKET APPLICATIONS

Mon 23 July 2007, 12:00|Tottenham Hotspur

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new online facility that will make the application for away match tickets much easier for supporters.

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new online facility that will make the application for away match tickets much easier for supporters.

Instead of sending in vouchers from your season ticket books you can now visit the e-ticketing section on the Club website - CLICK HERE - and submit your application and payment details straight into our new ticketing system.

Once the closing date has passed you will then be contacted to confirm whether or not you have been allocated a ticket.

Successful applicants will then have the relevant amount deducted from the payment card supplied and will not have to contact the Ticket Office again to complete the booking.

Only one method of payment can be accepted per online group application, and a £1.00 per seat charge will be applicable to all credit/debit card payments.

It is important to note that completing this application process does not confirm the allocation of a match ticket. You will be advised at a specified later date whether or not you have been allocated a ticket.

Supporters unable to apply online will be able to continue to apply by submitting the vouchers from their Season Ticket books, but applying online will speed up the process for all concerned and eliminate the fears of applications being delayed or misplaced in the postal system.

With Season Tickets still being despatched we are accepting applications for our away matches against Sunderland and Manchester United over the telephone for people unable to book online. Simply call 0844 499 5000 and have the details of all people you wish to apply with to hand to submit the application.

The deadline for Season Ticket Holders to apply for the away match against Sunderland is this Friday, July 27 while Manchester United is 5pm next Tuesday, July 31. Subject to availability, Lilywhite and Bronze Members will then be able to register an application for these fixtures.

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO AWAY MATCH ALLOCATING PROCESS

Season Ticket Holders are reminded that the rules for the allocation of away match tickets using loyalty points has changed for the 2007/08 season.

When demand for tickets exceeds availability tickets will continue to be allocated to those Season Ticket Holders with the highest loyalty points. However, this will be done on individual points totals and NOT the Group Average as in previous years. This is to ensure that the tickets do go to those with the most points and the loyalty system delivers on its main purpose. You are still able to apply in groups and the successful applicants in each group will be allocated seats together.

For example, if three Season Ticket Holders apply and they have 500, 300 and 175 Loyalty Points respectively for a match where tickets are only allocated to supporters with 200 or more points, only the first two applicants will be allocated a ticket.

THOMAS COOK COACH TRAVEL

Over the summer we have agreed arrangements with the Club's Official Travel Partner, Thomas Cook, to operate the official coach travel to our domestic away matches.

You will be able to book online by visiting the Thomas Cook website by CLICKING HERE and enter your details including your new Client Reference number.

Alternatively you can book your coach travel over the phone by calling 0870 752 0924 (office hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5pm). In the event that you are unsuccessful with your match ticket application you will be refunded your coach travel automatically.
