One game at a time - Gareth

Gareth Bale insists all we can do is take it game by game for the rest of the season - starting with a Swansea side he’s been so impressed with this term at the Lane this afternoon.

The flying winger and the rest of the squad were delighted to beat Bolton on Tuesday and therefore book a place at Wembley in the FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea on Sunday, April 15.

But the players’ focus was straight back on Premier League action after that 3-1 quarter-final win.

And that means a Swansea side whose style of play has lit up the league this term at the Lane for a 4pm kick-off on Sunday.

“Swansea have been fantastic," said Gareth, who scored the second goal against Bolton on Tuesday.

"They've played great football and it was a difficult game for us at the Liberty Stadium on New Year’s Eve (we drew 1-1).

“We know they are good opposition, they’ve been doing well, beat Fulham well away recently (3-0) and we’ll have a tough game.

“Hopefully we can push on and get the three points we need. We’ll concentrate on a game at a time, try to win each game and there is no reason why we can’t do that between now and the end of the season.”
