Tim Sherwood aims to bounce back quickly from our Europa League defeat in Ukraine by extending our outstanding away form in the Premier League at Norwich on Sunday.
We can claim the best record on the road in the top flight with 29 points so far from a possible 39.
That fine away form was demonstrated last time out as we ran out impressive 4-0 victors at Newcastle.
The Canaries, of course managed by Spurs legend Chris Hughton, are hovering just above the relegation zone but can certainly perform at home as draws against City, Everton and a win against Southampton show.
“We have to put Dnipro out of our minds, put it to bed until (the second leg) next week and it’s important we get the three points at Norwich,” said Head Coach Tim.
“We’ve been good away from home and we’re pleased with our form on the road. Norwich have taken some big scalps at Carrow Road and we’re fully aware of that.
“We need to go there in a positive frame of mind and maintain our run.”
Tim expects a different style of game from our win at St James’ Park. “Newcastle came out and wanted to play, Norwich will stay at home and try to protect what they have," he said.
“We have to try and open them up and if we can get an early goal, it will look positive for us.
“Norwich will be determined to get points on the board and one point is fantastic against a team like Tottenham, who are very good away from home. We’ll look to stop them achieving that.”
