Noe's head of the class
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Both players and coaching staff have praised Noe Pamarot's display at Forest - typically modest, he says the team is all that matters.
Noe was outstanding in his first match at centre-half - a position he played regularly in France - in a new-look central defensive pair alongside Anthony Gardner in the 3-0 FA Cup win at the City Ground.
And to cap it all, Noe headed home the crucial first goal in front of 5,000 delirious Spurs fans in the fifth round replay.
"He was excellent," said coach Chris Hughton. "Obviously we knew he could also play centre-half, that's one of the reasons we brought him to the club, a defender who could play right-back and centre-half."
Back at Spurs Lodge on Thursday, Noe reflected: "It was such a good feeling to play and score, especially as I haven't been in the team recently. It was a good comeback for me and to score was perfect.
"I was so happy when that goal went in. There was a lot of feeling there because, as I said, I hadn't played for a while, but my main thought was that it was an important goal for the team.
"Everyone is excited by the FA Cup run and it was important to get through to the next round at Newcastle."
Turning to Southampton, Noe knows exactly what awaits us at St Mary's against a Saints side fighting for survival. "A tough game, they have many new players, they are stronger now and they want to save their life. They are fighting and every game with them will be like an FA Cup game again."
