Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Noe Pamarot admits his goal-den moment at Everton is a bit of a blur!

The French full-back powered home a header in the second half to claim his first goal for the club and clinch the three points at Goodison Park.

But it wasn't just his header that caught the eye - his defending in the second half, including a goal-saving tackle on Kevin Kilbane, was superb and later highlighted by Alan Hansen on Match Of The Day.

Always smiling, the likeable Noe was more than happy to try his improving English with reporters after the game.

"I'm really happy for the club," he beamed. "The team wanted it badly and I'm just happy it was me who scored the goal. It was all very quick. I saw the ball, jumped and headered. It was so quick, I can hardly remember!

"It's just a goal for me and I'm really happy. It was my day. I will enjoy it and I hope to score more but the important thing is that the team won."

Noe Pamarot says our defensive resolve this season is down to one thing - hard work on the training ground.

The French full-back played a starring role in Saturday's 1-0 win at Everton as he helped record another clean sheet and grabbed the winner with his first goal for the club.

We have only conceded three goals in eight games as we sit fifth in the Premiership - not a bad return from a back four and goalkeeper put together in the summer.

Paul Robinson, Erik Edman and Noureddine Naybet all arrived in pre-season - Noureddine just 24 hours before the opener against Liverpool - and Noe two games into the season. The four have now played the last six league games together alongside the outstanding Ledley King.

Noe says it's because of that unfamiliarity that they've had to work so hard. "We have a lot of new players and that's why the coach has worked on defensive aspects so much," he explained.

"We are working hard on the training ground and I believe we will get better with more games.

"It was another clean sheet at Everton and we've defended well so far this season.

"We have to defend together and play together and when we do that it's very hard to beat us."
