No rest for Noe
Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Noe Pamarot says the toughest aspect of his first English festive season is the recovering time - or lack of it - between matches.
The French defender and a number of his team-mates are used to putting their feet up at this time of year but that's not the case here with Christmas and New Year one of the key spells of the campaign.
The New Year's Day clash against Everton at the Lane will be our third in six days with Manchester United to follow next Tuesday, January 4 and then Brighton in the FA Cup making it five games in a fortnight.
"It is new for me and the most difficult thing is when we only have one day to recover between these games," said Noe.
"You are prepared for it though. You have to cope with it and when you are winning, it's okay.
"That's why only drawing against Crystal Palace was disappointing.
"We had a terrible first half but the second half was better. We were leading 1-0 and they scored when no-one expected it, that was a shock for us.
"We wanted to win that game but physically it was very hard for us. We are still on an unbeaten run and we have to carry on."
We'll carry on against the high-flying Toffees whose 2-0 defeat at Charlton was only a second loss in 12 since we won 1-0 at Goodison Park - Noe was on target that day. "Yes, it's a good memory for me," he smiled.
