No complaints

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Pat Holland had no complaints as Chelsea fought back for a 1-1 draw in our FA Premier Reserve League clash last night.

Lee Barnard's fine strike put us ahead after 10 minutes but the visitors looked bright throughout and eventually equalised from the penalty spot with 20 minutes left.

Pat reflected: "They put five in midfield and I don't think we adjusted quick enough to it. Although we got the early goal, well taken and well deserved by Lee Barnard, they began to run it in there.

"At half-time we tried to adjust it to get a little closer and stop their three in the middle getting hold of the ball and in fairness, for the first 15 minutes, I thought we looked better and started breaking again.

"Overall though, Chelsea deserved something over the 90 minutes. They had a go. It wasn't a great game but an evenly-contested game."

While most eyes were on Jamie Redknapp - who completed 65 minutes in his second comeback game after injury - Pat was delighted that three first year Acadey trainees were in the starting line-up.

He added: "Yes, three first years started - Charlie Daniels, who I thought did well, Phil Ifil who we all know is looking a good player and Jamie O'Hara, who I felt a little sorry for because he was out of position. He prefers to play centrally. Ricky Dobson and Andy Barcham got an opportunity later off the bench, and it's good for them to get that opportunity but I think they need the older heads around them at this level."
