Nabil ready for Blues battle

There are no guarantees for either side ahead of Wednesday’s trip to Chelsea, according to Nabil Bentaleb.

The Blues’ unbeaten start to the Premier League season sees them sitting top of the pile, while we’re entering the game off the back of three consecutive wins in all competitions and a fine performance at home to Everton at the weekend.

Securing a result in our imminent London derby promises to be no easy task, but young midfielder Nabil insists the team is in good spirits as we travel to Stamford Bridge.

“We know what we’re capable of and we know we’re on the right road,” he said. “We just have to keep working hard in order to achieve a result against the big teams.

“We all know what Chelsea are like, they’re one of the favourites to win this league and it’s going to be a really tough game.

“But it’s a game of football where anything can happen. We’re confident that if we focus we can manage to get a result.”
