Milos raring to go

Milos Veljkovic wishes the season had just started.
The young defender has endured a stop-start campaign hampered by a serious shoulder injury while on loan at Charlton in February.
That ruled him out for the best part of three months but he returned to captain our Under-21s against Sunderland at Stevenage on Monday.
The Serbian U21 international has therefore only played eight times this season including his third appearance for us in the Europa League back in August and Championship loan spells at Middlesbrough and Charlton.
“It’s good to be back,” he said at Stevenage’s Lamex Stadium. “It was a long injury, I had surgery on my shoulder and it’s been hard work but I feel good now.
“My first loan at Middlesbrough was a good experience but I didn’t play too much.
“The second loan to Charlton was much better, I started every game but unfortunately I got injured. It’s been a difficult season but all good experience.
“To be honest, I’m raring to go now! We have summer tournaments with Serbia to look forward to and that will be a good opportunity for me.”
