Spurs U17s 3-1 Arsenal
Owen Price struck gold to help topple rivals Arsenal at Spurs Lodge.
The midfielder, pictured right, crashed home a stunning 30-yarder to put Jimmy Neighbour's lads 2-1 up and back on track to the victory they fully deserved.
A delighted coach Jimmy took up the story: "Arsenal played well in the first half, had long spells of possession but never really hurt us.
"In fact, we had the best chances, a couple of one-on-ones and one went just over and the other was cleared off the line.
"But we managed to get in front just before half-time when Owen went down the right, crossed and Andy Barcham volleyed home.
"The pattern was similar in the second half and they equalised after about 10 minutes but we worked hard and earned the right to play.
"Owen scored a great goal after 67 minutes, picked up the ball and hit a 30-yarder into the roof of the net, a great strike.
"Then, with about five minutes left, we had a corner and Andy Barcham ended with the ball with his back to goal but turned and scored from 12 yards.
"It was nice to see the lads bounce back after a disappointing performance last week. They know they have to react like that if they want to make it as professional footballers.
"The lads have set their standard now and it's up to them to maintain it."
