Loan watch

02 November 2015|Tottenham Hotspur

It was a disappointing weekend results-wise for our players out on loan.

Dominic Ball and Nathan Oduwa both featured for Rangers in their Scottish Championship match at Hibernian on Sunday, but were on the wrong end of a 2-1 scoreline as their side’s 100 per cent domestic record came to an end.

Defender Dominic completed the full game, while attacking midfielder Nathan went on as a 58th-minute substitute. Indeed, Nathan was unlucky not to hit the target as he saw his shot from the edge of the box cannon back off the post.

Elsewhere on Sunday, DeAndre Yedlin started and played 64 minutes for Sunderland as they slumped to a 6-2 defeat at Everton in the Premier League.

In the Championship on Saturday, midfielder Grant Ward put in a full shift for Rotherham United but saw his side suffer a 3-0 loss at Derby County.

Meanwhile, Kenny McEvoy has returned to the club following the conclusion of his loan spell at Stevenage.
