Alex Pritchard helped Brentford claim a point away at Ipswich Town on what was a largely disappointing weekend for our loanees.
The all-action midfielder completed 90 minutes for the Bees, forcing a diving save from home goalkeeper Dean Gerken before team-mate Jonathan Douglas cancelled out Daryl Murphy’s early opener for Ipswich to secure a 1-1 draw in the Championship.
Elsewhere in the same division, defender Grant Hall played the full game for Blackpool as they lost 1-0 at home to Sheffield Wednesday, while Ryan Fredericks limped out of Middlesbrough’s 2-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest six minutes before half-time.
In League One, winger Kenny McEvoy was an unused substitute for Colchester United as they lost 2-1 at Rochdale while, in League Two, attacking midfielder Nathan Oduwa went on as a 72nd-minute substitute for Luton Town as they suffered defeat by the odd goal in five at home to 10-man Morecambe.
Defender Dominic Ball, meanwhile, was on the bench for Cambridge United as they drew 1-1 at Shrewsbury Town.
