Lewis dives for joy!

Lewis Holtby was delighted to be able to pay tribute to legendary former striker Jurgen Klinsmann after his goal against Dinamo Tbilisi at the Lane.
The midfielder copied Jurgen’s diving celebration after hammering home his first Spurs goal in Thursday night’s 3-0 win against the Georgia champions in the Europa League. Jermain Defoe also netted twice as we won 8-0 on aggregate.
Jurgen famously took the ‘dive’ after his debut goal at Sheffield Wednesday in 1994-95 and then followed up when he scored a spectacular volley against Everton on his home debut.
“I’ve seen it (that celebration) so many times, Jurgen was a legend here and to be able to do that at White Hart Lane was great,” said Lewis.
“The fans totally understood it and I was thankful to get that moment. I was waiting for that goal for a long time. To score here was fantastic."
