Lee Young-Pyo is a big admirer of the way Reading have set about tackling their first season in the Premiership.Steve Coppell's side have confounded the doubters who tipped them for a swift return to Championship combat and Young-Pyo believes clear game plan has served the Berkshire side well.
"I think Reading is a very special team in the Premiership who show great organisation in both defending and attacking," said the full-back. "Every player really battles for the team and it will not be easy for us.
"They have a strong motivation, a good manager but most importantly a strong organisation within the team. That is their strength," he added before looking ahead to a meeting with his South Korea teammate Seol Ki-Hyeon, who he rooms with on national team trips, although he claims Sunday's meeting was not a topic of conversation last week.
"My friend plays for Reading and he is a good man and a good player. For the first six or seven months it was great for him but, I don't know why, it has dipped a little bit for him recently. He is still a good player though and I know all about him. I hope I am playing against him on Sunday.
"He is my room mate in the national team, but we only talked about the Korea game and not the league match.
"Sunday's game is very important for us because we have to get into the top six and we are very close at the moment. We need the three points."
