Ledley King says a change of keeper has not been a difficult transition for the defensive trio.
Kasey Keller took over from Sully two games ago and disruption has been minimal with the seemingly unflappable American seizing his chance to secure a regular spot.
On occasions, a change between the sticks can cause confusion among defenders who are unfamiliar with the new keeper's style. Ledley says this is not the case here.
"I think it can be tough but, to be fair, Kasey's come in and he's settled straight away," said Ledley.
"We haven't really had any difficulties, we get on fine, we've done our work on the training ground and he knows what we're about. We know what he's about too so it hasn't been too hard.
"He is a good talker, he encourages a lot and is a very good communicator. That helps, we know where the goal is when our backs are turned and he helps us a lot."
As mentioned elsewhere on the site, Kasey would love Ledley to be the holder of a USA passport.
"He's said that a few times to me - but I've told him I haven't given up on England yet! But, you never know, I might have to dig one out in a few years if I need to," laughed Ledley.
Leds says that a big bonus from the Blackburn game was to emerge with a clean sheet for the first time in three games.
"We've had a few tough games with disappointing results, and it was nice to get back to winning ways and keeping a clean sheet was a bonus.
"Especially with what happened against Villa, we thought we deserved one there and it was a shame to concede in the 94th minute. We were very determined to get one against Blackburn and we did."
Ledley now looks forward to another FA Cup campaign - assuming Highfield Road can beat the big freeze.
"I enjoyed it last year. It won't be easy, we won't be taking Coventry lightly - we'll be looking for a good FA Cup run again, definitely.
"We've got to prepare as normal, we've got to think the game's going to be on and take it from there."
